The District is led by an experienced Sea Cadet Officer Lieutenant Commander Paul Perry whose role is to maintain safety and training standards by supporting the Commanding Officers and staff of the units in the District. Lt Cdr Perry is supported by a Deputy District Officer, Lieutenant Chris Read who is also the Commanding Officer of the Northampton and Wellingborough Unit. The District also has a Chaplain who is the Reverend David Featonby based in the Loughborough Unit.
