Annual General Meetings
31st March comes around quite quickly each year and you will need to begin to prepare and complete your year end accounts and prepare for your AGM.
Please refer to the AGM guidance available by clicking on the "Unit Management" link on this website for all the up-to-date information on how to prepare and run your meeting.
Unit Management Team - Assessment
As you are aware all UMTs are assessed as part of the Authority to Train. If any of the mandatory items are not completed this may result in your Unit efficiency award being witheld, even if your Unit Review report is good in every other area.
Therefore please ensure that you:-
Complete your return of adult members involved in the unit when requested to do so (much of it is already completed for you)
Complete your Charity Commission Return (including accounts if required)
Send us your accounts
Send us your minutes
Ensure we know when your AGM is
If you complete these simple tasks then your Unit efficiency award should not be withheld due to any UMT issue.
