The Cadet Force Adult Volunteer (CFAV) ID Card (F IDENT 1024C) is available to uniformed Cadet Force Adult Volunteers only.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING A F IDENT 1024C APPLICATION FORM.  INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT FORMS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT.

Eligible applications are to be submitted to the Admin & Personnel Department at MSSCHQ.
