DVD's NB - Apart from the first video listed below, all the others are now contained on a single DVD, entitled "Can you spare us a moment?"
- “Getting involved…” General purpose Sea Cadet recruiting DVD depicting range of Sea Cadet activities. It is menu-based and split into sections, to enable Unit staff to select elements to suit different audiences (e.g. Rotary Club or Junior School). Total duration, if played right through from start to finish: 20 minutes
- “For the time of their lives” is an 8 minute promotional short version of "Getting involved" (above) to be used as a hand-out at recruiting events. It has a voice-over commentary by Libby Purves.
"Can you spare us a moment? Can you give us a hand?" is a single DVD, simply packaged in a sleeve, that contains all 3 of the following videos:
- “Give us a hand” is a 16 minute video focussing on our adult volunteers and life in the Sea Cadet Units, with commentary and interviews by Paul Heiney.
- "Spare us a moment" is a 5 minute promotional version of "Give us a hand" which is good for showing to potential volunteers. It has a commentary by Paul Heiney.
- "Have the time of your life" is the 8 minute promo video with commentary by Libby Purves, that gives a glimpse of the range of Sea Cadet activities.
