Sea Cadet Regulations (SCR), and its Appendices (ASCR), are the governing document of all Sea Cadet Units. These are orders concerning the governance of the Corps, its Units, and all aspects of SCC activity, except the conduct of training and matters relating to MOD-supplied boats, stores and uniform.
