National Courses Under Subscribed list - Updated 9 Apr 08
A simple guide has been produced in order to help applicants when sending their deposits.

This change was announced along with the publication of revised course fees in HQTM 124/05 paragraph 8 and is also referred to in HQTM 01/06 paragraph 5. Some applications have already been received without deposits and courses office staff are attempting to contact the relevant Units and/or personnel to arrange for deposits to be submitted. Course places will not be allocated until deposits are received.
Nesscliff Cadet Leadership Course
The Nesscliff Cadet Leadership Course is, as I am sure that you are aware, a superb course for the development of our Senior Cadets (16+). The course is being run over 2 consecutive, identical 7 day periods as follows;
22-28 Mar 08
29 Mar - 04 Apr 08
We have been offered 7 places per course, the difficulty is that the CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS to HQ LAND is 26 Feb 08.
Therefore, it is requested that candidates are to apply to HQ courses (by email will be quickest) requesting an application form. This will need to be completed and RETURNED TO HQ COURSES no later than 22 Feb 08 to enable them to administer them and forward in time for the deadline.
Fax Applications
Due to the introduction of the course deposit system applications by fax can only be accepted and processed for the following courses:
All MCD adult and cadet camps and courses.
All A17 & A17M SCIQ Sea Cadet Instructor Qualifying Courses.
All other applications must be made by postal submission, enclosing the appropriate course deposit fees.

National Course Supervisor
You do not need to have any qualifications except be a fully enrolled Adult member of the Sea Cadet Corps. Your duties will include supervising cadets out of instruction time i.e. Overnight, Meal times, Evening time after they have finished classes for the day.
Pay and Travel is available to all uniformed instructors (subject to a limit of 28 days pay per person per year).
