Shooting as a proficiency gives both staff and cadets the opportunity to learn new skills and gain qualifications. Staff and Cadets will get to experience shooting at all levels of training and competition, thus maintaining the safety element and learning the responsibility involved in the training.
Qualifications to be gained are:
Cadet - Coaching Qualification as well as various badges for units
Adults - Range Management, Weapons Instructor, Blank Firing Safety and Supervisor and Coaching etc.
