Cook Steward Specialisation covers different aspects of food preparation and food service, including practical cookery, menu planning, nutrition, hygiene and silver service. The specialisation is very hands on and involves a lot of practical skills such as cooking, tasting to napkin folding to name a few. They are also a number of qualifications and certificates to be gained such as:
