Sea Cadet Regulations (SCR), for charitable purposes, determines the legal constitution for all Sea Cadet Units, in particular Chapters 1, 2 and 6.
When asked to provide copies of their constitution, Units should provide copies of these chapters along with a covering statement, signed by the Chairman and one other member of the UMC stating "we the undersigned accept these regulations as our constitution".
