Trustee Declaration Form
In order to stand as a trustee of a Sea Cadet Unit all newly elected individuals are required to sign a declaration to declare that they:
1. Can lawfully act as a charity trustee.
2. Are a fit and proper person, as defined by HM Reveue & Customs (HMRC) Fit and Proper Person Test, to be a `manager' (trustee) of a charity.
3. Are prepared to complete a disclosure (through the relevant criminal records service).
4. Support the Trustee Volunteer Commitment.
