This area is designed to help Unit Chairs recruit new members onto their committee and was developed by a small team of Area Chairs, UMC Chairs and Area Business Managers (ABMs) - all of whom have practical knowledge of running Sea Cadet Units.
Posters and recruitment leaflets are also available from your Area Business Manager.
