ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management

CVQO are registered as an ILM approved centre, who are able to deliver Leadership and Management qualifications. 

The ILM L3 in Leadership and Management is a great opportunity for CFAV’s who are currently undertaking or have previously completed either

• Basic Leadership Course
• Junior Officers Staff (JOSC) or the
• Chief Petty Officer (CPO) /Colour Sergeant’s Course (CSGT)

The ILM L3 in Leadership and Management is the equivalent academic challenge of an A Level but is a qualification that can be completed in a much shorter time frame (40 hrs). It is a nationally recognised qualification which will help develop knowledge and understanding of leadership and management skills and will also greatly improve your CV.
